No more school!!!

My oldest child 'graduated' from elementary school yesterday (he'll be going to junior high in the fall). He wrote a note to all of his teachers thanking them for the positive impact they had on him. When we walked into his 'old' kindergarten class, I could not help but remember the first time he started. His kinder teacher was (and still is) so wonderful. Her present kinder class were in 'awe' of my son.
How time goes by so fast.

So one by one, we dropped off a single flower (like the one posted) , thank you note and a thank you gift. Thank you all to the teachers that make a positive impact on our children's lives.

what a lovely idea...there is nothing more valuable than a great teacher! My oldest starts Junior High in the fall as well...where or where does the time go?

What a great ides. It would be a better world if everyone taught their children the value of others!

That is such a nice gesture, and it's easy to imagine the little kids looking up to him...imagining they could never be that big and mature.
